Is it or isn't it...

Tish was on an early this morning (having been on a late last night) so decided to take the gang out on the bikes before it got too hot..

We went to the furthest car park and cycled the last part of the reserve that we have not been to before. It goes straight past the model aircraft runway etc (no-one was flying this morning)

The cycle paths here are great, they are smooth surfaced and level which means that Hamish copes really well. In fact off the back of todays ride, and on his request, I have taken the stabilisers off Hamish's bike and he is learning to ride without them. Watch this space..

The reason or the blog title though relates to something we saw on the beach at the Point.

This female "dingo" wandered out of the forest area and down onto the beach - unfortunately I had to stop and get the camera out of the bag so the picture is not great. A local also stopped and said that "no-one had seen her for a while" and implied that she was a wild dingo living in the mangrove swamps. On researching the online back home she certainly looked good although seperating pur dingo from hybrids may be impossible anyway. She was very attractive and did not look like a "mongrel" type but will never know for sure.

  1. Well done Hamish! Gosh, fancy having dingo there. Bad arrangement for Tish - late night and early next day.
