Xanthe Birthday

It barely seems possible that 12 years ago we bought home a small, loud baby...
...and now we have a not so small but probably even louder 12 year old
We were woken up at 0615 on Thursday - this was a compromise as we were threatened with an 0500 wake up but Xanthe was warned that would have consequences such as disappearing pressies..
The bedroom was rapidly turned into a sea of discarded pink wrapping paper and other packaging...









Because it was a school day we delayed her birthday sleep over until Friday night when we had cake


and chaos!
A fun time was had by all......

    I'm gutted my present didn't arrive in time - I know it had to come all the way from the UK, but it did get about 2 weeks to make the journey! Why don't I get that many presents anymore?
